THANK YOU TO ALL OUR DONORS AND VOLUNTEERS FOR A WONDERFUL EVENT! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Organized by St. Ann's St. Vincent de Paul Society

How does it work?

Adopt a family or individual with your co-workers, friends, neighbors or ministry. You may also ask to be placed in an existing group. For more information email stannadopt@gmail.com

After you submit the donor form, a volunteer will contact you to assign you a family/individual and further explain the program. You will receive a list of items that your adopted family/individual has requested along with an information packet.

Thank you for sharing your abundance with those who welcome your support during the holiday season.

Volunteers needed!

Help is needed on the gift collection day when donors bring their items and gifts to the church. Share in the abundance of our giving and give thanks to God through your service to this event. Teens are encouraged to help! It is a great opportunity to earn service hours.

Drop-off information

All donors will receive a packet with basic purchasing information, packing information, drop-off directions and a tax receipt.

Here are a few reminders to help prepare donated gifts and packages for delivery to St. Ann:

  • Only new and unused items are suitable for Christmas gifts.
  • All of your items should be wrapped individually.
  • Write the first and last name of the recipient on each package. Include the Adopt-A-Family ID and name (i.e. R301 Ann Smith).
  • All of the wrapped presents should be placed in cardboard boxes ready for shipping.
  • Label the outside boxes with the ID and name.
  • Be sure to follow the directions of the parking lot volunteers. Thank you!
