Annulments

St. Ann's tribunal advocates are trained by the archdiocese to help people present cases of marriage annulments and dissolutions to the Metropolitan Tribunal of Atlanta.

The Tribunal Advocate Program provides training to deacons and laypersons who provide canonical counsel to the lay faithful of the Archdiocese of Atlanta seeking a declaration of nullity. Advocates have a formal role in the canonical trial and work to defend their party’s rights and advance their interests in the marriage nullity process.

This ministry is part of archdiocese services, and there is no fee for the person wishing to have an annulment.

If you need to submit a case, or just need information about starting a case, please reach out.
