If your child is enrolled in an Archdiocesan Catholic school and would like to receive their First Reconciliation and First Communion at St. Ann Catholic Church, please note the following.

Sacramental Preparation for the First Communion at St. Ann’s Catholic Church is a two-year journey. Children entering 2^nd grade in their elementary school that have successfully completed Sacramental Year 1 class at LAUNCH, another parish program, or at Catholic school (grade 1^st), can register for Catholic School Student First Communion class.

Requirements:

• Parish Registration: Families must be registered members of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Register here.
• Baptismal Certification of the child must be provided at the time of class registration.
• LAUNCH class registration, please select Catholic School Student First Communion class here.
• Prerequisite: Successful completion of Sacramental Year 1 through LAUNCH, another parish program, or a Catholic school (grade 1^st or 2^nd)
• Letter of Enrollment and Attendance Confirmation from Catholic School (year/grade 1st and 2nd)
• First Reconciliation: Students will prepare for and receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation during the fall semester.
• Parents Workshops: Parents are required to attend six Parents Workshops or three hours of Adult Faith Formation (if they attended Parents Workshops last year).

• All documents and essential First Communion information will be provided to Catholic School Students families in the Information Packet at the beginning of LAUNCH school year.
